When: Check-in at 7:45am — Opening Ceremony at 8:30am

Class start at 9:00am — Closing Ceremony at 4:00pm

What:       A day-long training experience—with several options to choose from! Supplemental Training—Idea Sharing—and FUN!  Additional Practical Information beyond Essentials and Specific               

                Training—Valuable sessions for even the most experienced leader. See attachments for course descriptions and schedule.

Who can attend: YOU—All Cub Scout Leaders, Boy Scout Leaders and Venturing Leaders—including Youth Leaders

How can I attend:         All registrations must be submitted to the Council office no later than October 31 for discounted fee—see attached registration form.

Registration Fees:         Early Fee is $20.00 if received by October 31, 2011

Late Fee is $30.00 if received after Monday, October 31, 2011.

CPR Training, all day session, certification—Cost is $30.00 (Covers Red Cross Certification fees and lunch).

Additional Info: There will not be any child care provided during this all day training experience; so please make certain you make arrangements at home for your children-thank you!

Directions: From I-81 take exit 217 and go east on White Hill Road. Turn right at the stop light. Turn left at the next stop light, the church will be in front of you. Stuarts Draft Highway

                                is Route 340 and has an exit off of I-64 at exit 93.
