VOLUNTEER!
Our all-volunteer staff helps keep the cost of Day Camp low.  Each Pack must provide one adult volunteer every day for every three Scouts registered plus one volunteer for set-up and one volunteer for take-down.  Most volunteers accompany their son to each activity throughout the day. We joyfully extend a $20 discount on registration if you volunteer all four days.  (Parents may split the days.  One discount per 4-day commitment, so if you have 2 boys attending camp, you must provide two 4-day volunteers.  Make sense?!)  Youth over 14 years of age that have completed the 8th grade may also volunteer.

PACK DAY CAMP COORDINATORS:
* Contact Tracey Stakem if you have not received your Day Camp packet.
* Forms are also available online.
* Use the Pack Registration Turn-in Roster to record registration and volunteer information.  Your Pack must send one volunteer every day for every three Scouts registered, plus one volunteer for set-up and one volunteer for take-down.  Contact Carole Hatcher with questions.
* Registration is due Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Cub Scout Roundtable, 7:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Charlottesville.  Contact Carole Hatcher to make alternate arrangements to turn in your registration before May 6th.
